We have found Qualsat to be a valuable resource in the training of personnel with regards to automotive quality systems, specifically for ISO/TS 16949 internal auditor training and application of the AIAG core tools; APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP and SPC. The FMEA training has provided a means for our company to assess risk with regards to both the manufacturing process and equipment within our facility. The training also provided clear direction to reduce the risks. We look forward to maintaining a relationship with Qualsat, and will continue to utilize their experts for our training and consulting requirements.
